Can I link a third party membership system to the online

Adding a third party wine club membership to the website online ordering system. We use task manager for all our wine club member information.Can we link it up automatically after the customer adds/inserts thier wine club number into the Square Space online ordering website so it records and transfers their online purchase points to the wine club system? Can this be done?
